    We do not offer design services or modifications to your designs. All files and details must be final and supplied before we can create a proof. Please do not supply provisional or unfinished designs as changes may result in a charge to produce revised proofs.

    Design should meet following criteria:

    File Format: EPS (Encapsulated Post Script)

    • EPS (Encapsulated Post Script) highresolution files only
    • We cannot accept JPEGs, or PDFs by themselves for printing

    Color and Text:

    • All colors must be embedded in the file
    • All fonts should be outlined in the file
    • Pantone’ (PMS) references for designs which have 1, 2 or 3 colours per side
    • ‘CMYK’ for designs with 4 or more standard colours and for full colour pictures.
    • Any special requirements like UV, Matte or Metallic printing

    Size and Resolution:

    • Dimensions: 85.6mm x 54mm
    • Minimum Resolution: 400 dpi
    • Bleed: 1/8th inch bleed on each edge. (The bleed is the extension of the design beyond the edge of the card.
