What payment methods do you accept?

On account

Can I still cancel/change my order after I have received the confirmation e-mail?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be amended/cancelled.

Can I change the delivery address?

Yes.  Please contact:  marine.orders@assaabloy.com, prior to placing your order.

I do not have an account with ASSA ABLOY Global Solutions.

Please contact:  marine.orders@assaabloy.com, so we can arrange to get your account set up on our system.

I have forgotten my Password.  How can I reset it?

Please click on the “Forgot Your Password” link to reset it.  If you are still experiencing any problems, please contact:  marine.orders@assaabloy.com.

Can I use a Purchase Order (PO) number?

Yes.  PO numbers are mandatory.

I am not sure which product I need.

What is the delivery lead time?

This depends on stock availability.

Where is my order?
