Subscriptions
Our subscription service offers a reliable and convenient way to automate the delivery of your recurring orders. By ensuring a consistent supply of essential items, it minimizes disruptions to your operations. You have complete flexibility to modify or cancel your subscription to meet your changing needs.
How to Subscribe
- Log in to your account or request one as subscription is available only for registered users.
- Navigate to the product page for the item you wish to subscribe for receiving scheduled deliveries. Note that only certain products have an option to subscribe for automatic deliveries
- Select the "Buy now and Subscribe" option.
- Choose your preferred delivery frequency from the list of available options.
- Indicate the desired quantity of the product.
- Add the subscription to your shopping cart.
- Proceed to checkout to complete your order.
Your initial order will be processed immediately, and subsequent deliveries will be scheduled based on your chosen frequency.
How to Modify or Cancel Subscription
You can manage and adjust your active subscriptions through the "My Account" page after logging in to your account. Within this section, you have the ability to track and modify subscriptions. You can change the quantity of your subscribed products, switch between different delivery frequencies, pause or resume your subscription at any time, or cancel your subscription entirely. Any changes you make will be applied to your subsequent scheduled deliveries.
Payment and Shipping
All subscription orders will be automatically processed using the payment method saved in your account. Currently, the shipping method for your subscriptions will be the same as the one you selected during your initial subscription order.
Price Updates
In the event of any price adjustments to the Products you have subscribed to, the updated prices will be reflected in your subsequent subscription orders. You will always be charged the current price of the Product at the time your order is processed for each recurring delivery.
